Reporting an infringement

The site is operated from the United Kingdom by Nobel Medical LLC, trading as Medical Cert UK, and copyright in the UK is governed by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. If you own copyright in material reproduced here without permission, send a notice to [email protected] with the heading "Copyright notice".

What your notice needs to include

Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
Identification of the work you say has been infringed.
The URL on this site where the material appears, specific enough for us to locate it.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.
Your signature, electronic or physical.

An incomplete notice may delay our response. Please do not send notices about matters other than copyright to this address.

What we do next

We aim to acknowledge a valid notice within five working days. Where a notice appears well founded, we will remove or disable access to the material while we investigate, and we will tell the person who supplied it, where we can identify them. Removing material while we investigate is not an admission of infringement.

If you believe material was removed in error

Send a counter notice to the same address, identifying the material, explaining why you believe it was removed in error, and confirming your contact details. We will consider it and, where appropriate, restore the material.

Notices under the United States DMCA

Some of the infrastructure serving this site may be operated by providers based in the United States. If you prefer to proceed under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 United States Code, Section 512, a notice sent to the address above and containing the elements listed on this page will be treated as a DMCA notice and passed to the relevant provider where necessary.

Repeat infringement

We will end the access of anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright through this site.
